Data Deletion

You can ask OVEQEN Software Solutions to delete your personal data, including your WhatsApp number and messages held in OVEQEN SCMS. Follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@oveqen.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name, your phone number or email address, the school or college you are connected to (if any), and what you want deleted.
  3. We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your data.
  4. We delete the data, or tell you if something must be kept, and confirm by email.

Expected response time

We acknowledge requests within 7 working days and complete them within 30 days of confirming your identity.

What may be kept

Some records, such as fee and academic records, belong to your school or must be kept by law. In those cases we will check with the school and tell you what was kept and why.

Only want to stop WhatsApp messages?

Reply STOP to the school's WhatsApp number. You don't need to delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
