Welcome to OVEQEN Software Solutions

OVEQEN Software Solutions is a software company based in Okara, Pakistan. We help schools, businesses and organisations replace paperwork and scattered spreadsheets with software that is simple to use and built to last.

Every project starts with listening. We learn how you work, design around it, build in small steps you can see and test, and keep supporting you after launch. Our own product, OVEQEN SCMS, is built the same way.

Opt-in school messages

Schools using OVEQEN SCMS can send attendance alerts, fee reminders, exam results and announcements to parents and students via the WhatsApp Business Platform, only to users who have opted in.

When I started OVEQEN, I had one simple belief: good software should make people’s work lighter, not heavier. Too many institutions and businesses in Pakistan still struggle with tools that are expensive, complicated, or built for someone else’s needs. We exist to change that.
